I would like to express my thanks to you for devising, preparing and cooking the most spectacular meal for my 30th Birthday celebrations. From the moment you arrived, everything was executed with great ease, professionalism and perfection.
I was so impressed by all of the effort and detail you put into the ‘extras’ such as my personalised cocktail – loved it! The canapés were amazing and so creative, and my cake, spot on! The intros to each course was a lovely touch too.
All of our guests loved the night, which you made fantastic, thank you so much.
Ian and I look forward to booking you again in 2009 and we will definitely be recommending you to our friends.

The food was amazing and the whole evening perfect - we had such a great time - thankyou.
It was voted by the group as the best evening ever - which is pretty good as it means you beat Gordon's chef's table!

We would just like to thank you for yesterday. We all had a fantastic time and were totally blown away with the food and the whole experience. It will take a lot to beat a Dinner Party with such finery the food was absolutely excellent. Our friends enjoyed every aspect of the evening.
