Enjoy a five course menu created to your specific requirements for the finest of in-home dining experiences. Relax as Chef Rouse prepares your menu in the kitchen whilst you get ready for your private dinner party and entertain guests. No involvement in the kitchen is expected or required. The evening is yours to do with as you wish, leaving the food preparation in the capable hands of personal chef Olly Rouse.

- Price: £85 per head (6 – 20 people) + £100 waitress costs.
- 5 course menu, with homemade chocolates and sweets (includes: canapés, amuse bouche, starter, main, dessert, chocolates & sweets).
- Interactive canapés
- Complimentary consultation in your home or by telephone to decide on menus, themes and individual requirements (such as special food requirements for allergies etc…).
- Chef Rouse to supply all ingredients, locally sourced, in season and of the highest quality.
- Chef Rouse to remain in the kitchen except when serving food and interactive canapés.
- Drinks and glassware to be supplied by client.
- Chef Rouse to bring all specialist equipment and crockery required.
- Chef Rouse to bring all specialist equipment.
- Extra serving staff (silver service) can be provided if required, at an extra cost of £25.00 per hour, per member of staff.
- Effortless and top quality menu served at a 2 Michelin Star standard.
- Coffee service to be supplied by the client, and served by Chef Rouse
- Chef Rouse will depart upon serving the final course leaving your kitchen clean and tidy, with all equipment to be collected the next day. No need to wash up or clean.
