The following menu was created for a 18th Birthday. Mrs Abberley wanted a menu for her sons’ birthday with all the family. We worked on the menu to include absolute favourites and special ‘restaurant only’ ingredients. We had to ensure that the menu suited a wide array of guests, from the offspring to the grandparents.

Winter 2008

The following menu was created for one of my clients. Mrs Martin requested a dinner party menu for herself, her husband and six guests. It was her birthday and she really wanted a unique menu incorporating her favourite ingredients, one of which was venison. During her free consultation we discussed ways of accompanying the elements and also to work on a dessert based on a banana cheesecake she had years ago. We arranged this menu together by modernising the cooking techniques and keeping a flavoursome but not too heavy. Augmenting these to a more modern and health conscious cooking style fitted the menu perfectly.
