Today we were awarded at The John Campbell Restaurant 1 Michelin star, 1 year after we opened our doors. This is a lifetime achievement for me and my team. Determination and dedication, plenty of hard work and alot of fun has got us there.
I would like to personally thank everyone who has assisted us to achieving this, and John Campbell for his unweavering belief in what we can achieve. This has been a joint effort with all of the JCACP team past and present and I'm am ever so proud to work alongside this dedicated bunch. It goes to show what we are capable of as a team. Well done everyone!
September 2009: Breaking News!
Olly Rouse will be the Head Chef at The Dorchester Collection's brand new Coworth Park, due to open in Summer 2010. Due to the intesity of this role, Olly will no longer be taking bookings for dinner parties.
Any dinner parties already confirmed by Olly will still be respected, so rest assured if you already have a booking.
Olly says "This is the dream job. I have had a wealth of experience from doing the private parties and I truely thank all those who helped in the process. The food at Coworth Park will be sensational and I am now in the posistion to understand what my diners really want"
